Bud and Broadway came together 3 years ago in Dothan, Alabama when Broadway’s morning show partner decided to move on. Having worked together for several months, it was evident to both Bud and Broadway, and everyone else in the building, that the all-important chemistry that a successful morning show needs to succeed was there. From the beginning of the Bud and Broadway show, the guys decided that they would be a morning show like no other. Their station was ranked third in a 3-way battle for Country dominance, and they knew that following the same, tired, cookie-cutter approach to mornings that most every morning show uses was a recipe for disaster. Their show had to be different. It had to be compelling. It had to be fun. Most importantly, it had to be entertaining. So they threw out the rule book, made up their own rules, and catapulted their station not just to the number one Country station, but number one overall.
