Pennsylvania Bans Nearly 3K Vanity Plates – Here Are Some Of The Best
Every now and again, we’re treated to the stories of what vanity plates were outlawed by various states. Today, it’s Pennsylvania’s turn. Last year, 2,872 plates were shot down by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Some were deemed offensively political. Others were seen as disgustingly racist. Then, there are those that were funny, but over the line when it comes to crusty, old, boring state standards.
